I am a 73 year old busy “new mom” with three tiny Morkie puppies, and training them, walking them, and keeping them out of mischief keeps me hustling. I loved taking time out for my own health today. I used my iPhone and Apple AirPlay onto my big tv. It was a great first class. I need this. I am dedicated and will stay with the program. Thank you!
