These morning yoga classes include all stretches and movements that our body is craving in the morning. You will feel energized and at the same time more centered and at peace.
What to expect : 15-20 mins classes focused on deep breathing, gentle stretches and mobility exercises to remove tightness from our body and leave us feeling healthier, happier and younger.
